What we're building
Waabigwan Mashkiki is the sovereign cannabis enterprise of the White Earth Nation. We grow, process, and dispense — five locations, five house brands, all owned by our community. Hiring preference
In accordance with tribal preference policies, enrolled members of the White Earth Nation and other federally recognized tribes receive preference in hiring for qualified roles. All applicants welcome — preference does not preclude non-tribal hires.
Why this work matters
Every dollar of revenue from Waabigwan Mashkiki returns to White Earth Nation community programs: scholarships for Anishinaabe students, elder services, housing, language preservation (Anishinaabemowin is endangered), and infrastructure. Working here is economic sovereignty in practice.
