What is the legal age to buy cannabis at a Minnesota dispensary?

21 years old. Minnesota's adult-use cannabis law (effective 2023) requires customers to be 21+. Valid government-issued photo ID required at every visit.

Currently in-store pickup only. Order online via Dutchie at /menu/{store-slug} for any of our four open locations. Delivery is not advertised on our site at this time.

Can I drive to a Minnesota dispensary from North Dakota?

Yes — adults 21+ from North Dakota can legally purchase cannabis at any Minnesota dispensary including our Moorhead and East Grand Forks locations (both directly across the Red River from Fargo and Grand Forks respectively). However, federal law prohibits transporting cannabis back across state lines. Cannabis bought in Minnesota must be consumed in Minnesota.
