Who we are

Waabigwan Mashkiki is owned and operated by the White Earth Band of Ojibwe (Anishinaabe) under a state-tribal compact with the State of Minnesota. All data practices are subject to the Tribal Regulatory Agency oversight.

Information we collect

Identity: Government-issued ID is required to verify age (21+). We do not retain copies of IDs after age verification.
Transaction: Items purchased, quantities, dates, and amounts are tracked via METRC seed-to-sale per Minnesota cannabis law.
Loyalty: If you join our loyalty program via the app, we store your name, contact info, and purchase history to award points.
Site analytics: Aggregated, anonymized site usage data.

How we use information

We use customer information to fulfill orders, run our loyalty program, comply with cannabis regulatory requirements, and improve our service. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

METRC tracking

Every cannabis transaction is tagged in METRC, the seed-to-sale tracking system mandated for cannabis retailers. Transaction data is shared with regulatory authorities for compliance. This is required by law.

Adverse incident reporting

If you experience a serious adverse incident related to a Waabigwan Mashkiki product, please complete the Serious Adverse Incident Form. Minnesota regulatory authorities require this for product safety surveillance.
